Waiter

As a Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London, you will be responsible for running food from the kitchen to tables, explaining dishes on delivery, preparing mise en place for the Rosebery operation, and communicating guest requests promptly to colleagues. You will demonstrate strong menu knowledge, keep work stations clean and tidy, and work across rotating shifts (39 hours/week) including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The role requires a friendly, conscientious attitude and prior customer service experience (restaurant experience is ideal but not essential).
