Job Summary
Welcome guests, take orders with personalized recommendations, and serve food and beverages promptly to meet high presentation standards. Process payments accurately, manage billing, and handle financial transactions professionally while responding to guest inquiries and special requests. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service, maintaining a keen eye for detail to keep the dining area immaculate and well-organized. This role requires proven experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for fine dining. You will work within a dynamic team at The Soho Hotel, supported by ongoing training, fully funded English lessons, and a competitive hourly rate of £16–£17 inclusive of service charge.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of service
- Possess a high standard of food and beverage knowledge
