Job Summary
Prepare and deliver 10 to 12 catering orders daily, managing buffet service, receptions, and three-course seated meals. Set up catering stations, prepare coffee and drinks, and write or memorize food orders to transmit to the kitchen. Provide prompt, friendly service at limited tables, make food and beverage suggestions, and answer questions regarding food preparation. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment, assist with clearing and resetting tables, and participate in other food service activities. Requires a Food Safe Certificate and Serve it Right Certificate. Full-time role with insurance, vacation, and sick days.
Required Qualifications
- Food Safe Certificate
- Serve it right Certificate
- Minimum of 1 years of similar experience
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Willingness to go above and beyond the minimum requirements
- High school diploma or similar experience
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Proof of two doses of government approved vaccines
- At least 14 days have passed since the date of last vaccination
