Job Summary
Conduct breakfast, lunch, and dinner service while managing a service station and supervising a Commis de Rang. Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, including mise en place duties, by welcoming guests, advising on menu options, and driving additional sales. Maintain strict compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations and participate in daily service briefings and regular training sessions. This role supports a 4-star superior alpine resort in Windischgarsten, Austria, offering a secure year-round position with regulated hours and a family-like atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or experience as Chef de Rang in upscale hospitality
- Good knowledge of German and English for communication with guests
