Job Summary
Conduct smooth section operations by assisting junior team members, proactively greeting guests, and ensuring the restaurant environment remains clean and stocked before service. Seat diners, offer menu explanations, and address guest queries efficiently while maintaining luxury service standards. Train staff to deliver consistent quality and demonstrate excellent knowledge of restaurant menus to provide informed recommendations. Requires German B1 level and experience in a 4* or 5* establishment.
Required Qualifications
- speak German at a minimum B1 level
- have previous experience in a similar environment
- have a strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4* and 5* establishments
