Job Summary
Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant section by proactively welcoming guests, seating them, and delivering excellent service standards. Assist junior team members in set-up, manage guest queries, and maintain a high cleanliness level during and after service. Train and supervise staff while offering menu guidance based on strong knowledge of food and beverage. Deliver consistent, exceptional service aligned with luxury 4* and 5* establishment standards in a busy environment.
Required Qualifications
- passion for all things food and beverage
- previous experience in a similar environment
- strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4* and 5* establishments
- creative minded with a passion and respect for the provenance of food
- Willingness to overpay
