Job Summary
Conduct daily operations across multiple Food & Beverage outlets including Forum, Terrace Café, In-Room Dining, and Banquet services. Rotate through roles such as Host/Hostess, Restaurant Server, and Luxury Beverage to support teams in skill development and service execution. Independently perform assigned duties with minimal supervision while maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction standards. Participate in concurrent orientation covering company culture, payroll, local housing, and community resources. Complete foundational training in Meadowood Napa Valley's service standards within the Napa Valley wine country market.
Required Qualifications
- enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry
- hospitality degree
- at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA)
- 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)
- shown consistent career growth over the last years
- serious commitment to your most recent employers
