Wait Staff - Part Time

Dining Room Server/Wait Staff for Watercrest Richmond, part-time. Assist residents with seating, greet residents and guests, ensure proper dining room setup and table settings, handle table clearing and resetting, clean and maintain dining and kitchen areas, manage garbage/removal, complete side work (napkin folding, stocking, condiments), and explain menu items and preparation methods. Provide high level of customer service to promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere, accommodate individual diet needs as prescribed by physician, ensure meals are garnished, and report equipment or supply needs to the Cook or Executive Chef. Requires effective communication, reliability, ability to make independent decisions, warm and caring demeanor, adherence to recipes and menus, and passion for working with senior citizens.
