Job Summary
Wait Staff for Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center (Rockford, IL) Part-time role (15-20 hours/week) with shifts 4:30pm-8:00pm including weekends. Primary duties: serve meals to residents and guests, assist with dishes and dining-room setup, deliver and pick up room trays, maintain dining area cleanliness, and support safety and privacy standards including HIPAA. Must be able to read directions, work well independently or as part of a team, demonstrate warmth and compassion to residents, and communicate in English; physical duties include lifting up to 30 pounds. Emphasizes customer service, teamwork, infection control, and compliance with facility policies.
