Job Summary
Wait Staff to assist with meal services at Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center. Primary duties include serving food to residents and guests, dishwashing and housekeeping in dining areas, setting up trays and dining spaces, delivering and collecting room trays, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and supporting residents’ dietary needs and preferences. The role requires ability to work with older residents, strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to HIPAA/privacy regulations; shifts are 6AM–2PM, full-time with weekend availability. Training includes completing in-service requirements and performing duties in a manner that promotes a homelike, dignified environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Physical condition allowing for normal kitchen duties including lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing or walking an entire shift
