Job Summary
Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests, safely storing and staging IT hardware before ensuring accurate, timely delivery to client sites. Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments while troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty equipment to minimize downtime via remote support. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during operations, collaborating with the remote support team for efficient assistance. Maintain on-call availability for intermittent work involving network changes and basic IT troubleshooting. Required Qualifications
