Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary while maintaining detailed records of all interactions. Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction. This remote Work-at-Home role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection. Candidates must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
