Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving concerns while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Record call details and customer feedback in the system, meeting performance goals and adhering to call center protocols. Work from home with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace, requiring strong communication and multitasking skills. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, able to begin immediately. Submit to a Level II background investigation, fingerprinting, and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to begin work immediately
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
