Job Summary
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving concerns while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Record call details and customer feedback in the system, ensuring adherence to call center protocols and performance goals. Work remotely from a quiet space with a reliable internet connection, capable of multitasking and operating independently. Submit to a Level II background investigation, drug screening, and pre-employment testing as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to begin work immediately
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Additional Requirements
