Job Summary
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving concerns while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Record call details and feedback in the system, meeting performance goals and adhering to call center protocols. Work remotely with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace, completing a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test to begin immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to begin work immediately
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection
