Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while providing accurate product information and troubleshooting issues. Maintain detailed records of interactions and meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets. This remote position requires a high school diploma, immediate start, and a reliable internet connection in a quiet workspace. Candidates must be authorized to work in the country and pass background and drug screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to start work immediately
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
