Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while providing accurate product information and troubleshooting issues professionally. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets. Work remotely from a quiet, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection, starting immediately for individuals 18 or older with a high school diploma. Submit to a Level II background investigation and drug screening as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to start work immediately
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
