Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate product information and troubleshooting issues professionally. Maintain detailed records of interactions while meeting daily performance metrics and call handling targets. Work remotely from a quiet, distraction-free space with a reliable internet connection, completing a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test to start immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to start work immediately
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
