Job Summary
Wage & Hour Litigation Associate/Of Counsel role seeking a Mid-Senior level attorney with 4+ years in wage and hour class/collective actions. Responsibilities include litigating wage and hour claims, interpreting relevant regulations and interpretative guidance, drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting and arguing motions (including decertification motions), and taking/defending depositions. Requires JD from ABA-accredited law school, Colorado Bar admission, and solid writing/analytical abilities in a fast-paced, client-facing setting. Denver, CO-based opportunity with a collaborative team environment focused on wage and hour litigation and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of wage and hour litigation experience
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Colorado Bar admission
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
