Job Summary
Execute regular tool maintenance and manage manufacturing tool stabilization, including responding to sudden malfunctions via day and night shift work. Plan and carry out preventative maintenance (PM) activities for manufacturing tools to improve existing FE stable operation and introduce new PM plans. Conduct wafer process condition checks for fixed manufacturing after resumption to support mass-production capacity ramp. Requires high school graduation or above, with preferred experience in semiconductor wafer process tools or manufacturing line process development. Based in San Jose, California, Lumentum builds photonic technologies enabling AI, data centers, and telecom networks.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or above
- Experience in charge of semiconductor wafer process tools
- Experience in manufacturing line process development of semiconductor optical devices
- Work experience in manufacturing fab
- Ability to work day and night shift
