Job Summary
Process InP semiconductor wafers in a cleanroom and ESD-safe environment. Responsibilities include operating various tools and equipment such as photolithography and dry etch, handling chemicals safely, following processes via MES, and interacting with engineering for training. The role requires attention to detail, good dexterity with small parts, and the ability to document and escalate discrepancies. Must participate in emergency response training and demonstrate a meticulous approach in data entry and workflow compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Wafer handling preferred
- Attention to detail
- Good at working with small parts
- Willing to work Overtime and be part of the ERT (Emergency Response Team)
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English required
- Integrity and self-motivated
- Ability to work in fast paced team and independent setting all within a cleanroom
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with semi-automated and automated processing tools
- Knowledge of machining, construction, electrical useful
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
Additional Requirements
