Job Summary
Verify lot and tool status, run production lots on equipment, and execute corrective measures using OCAP plans when out-of-control conditions occur. Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing tools, troubleshoot minor hardware or software issues, and adjust recipes per engineering instructions. Formulate continuous improvement plans for tools and processes within the factory environment. Requires attention to detail, statistical analysis skills, and the ability to handle long hours on feet while navigating multiple bays.
Required Qualifications

- Verification of lot / tool status
- Running qualifications on production equipment
- Evaluating qualification data using statistical analysis tools
- Running production lots on tools
- Troubleshooting when out of control conditions for lots and/or tools occurs
- Performing OCAP (out of control action plans)
- Performing recipe adjustments and other corrective measures for lots and/or tools per engineering instructions
- Performing preventative maintenance (such as standard consumable changes) on various types of manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshooting of minor hardware / software issues on tools
- Forming/executing plans for continuous improvements on tools or processes within the manufacturing environment
- Must be able to handle long hours on your feet
- Must be able to cover distances within the factory to run all manufacturing equipment in multiple bays
- Must be able to lift 20-25lbs
- Must have situational awareness to work around sensitive equipment and hazardous chemicals
- Must maintain the safety of themselves and others around them
- Continually required to stand

- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Continually required to talk or hear
- Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds
- A.S. Degree in Science or Engineering or job experience in associated fields or a minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AMAT Centura 5200 / 5500, Producer, Mirra Mesa platforms, Gasonics Ashers, Semi-Tool electroplating, AVP Diffusion, SEZ Cleans and KLA Metrology equipment
- Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
- Exhibit good and open communication skills
- Be able to work within cross-functional teams
