Maintain total production oversight and coordinate the biodiesel manufacturing process to ensure constant, predictable output within a small team. Lead operations by directing and operating machinery while proactively identifying process improvements and analyzing technical disruptions to guarantee safety and continuity. Serve as the emergency coordinator for the BHV organization and foster team development by sharing technical knowledge to sustain a continuous learning curve. Work a rotating shift schedule of two morning, two afternoon, and two night shifts with 4 days off, earning a 30% shift allowance. This role supports the expansion of the Amsterdam facility, which will increase production fivefold, aligning with the company's mission to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through organic waste recycling.
