Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences while developing lesson plans and establishing clear objectives. Provide a variety of learning materials and resources to support students at varying levels, instruct and monitor their use of equipment, and observe and evaluate performance. Assign and grade work, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress and development. Manage student behavior by enforcing classroom rules and cooperate with department, school, and district meetings. Foster effective communication with parents and stay current with subject developments. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Principal.
