Job Summary
Administer and support enterprise AI search platform operations, monitoring data connectors and resolving connectivity issues. Troubleshoot application, API, authentication, and GCP-related problems while handling user onboarding, access management, and credential rotation. Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution following ITIL practices, validating APIs with Postman, curl, and OAuth. Monitor logs in Microsoft Sentinel and prepare operational dashboards and Monthly Business Review reports. This role requires 6–10 years of systems/application support experience with strong hands-on GCP skills and mandatory support delivery management expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of Systems/Application Support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with ITIL, incident management, and service delivery
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, curl, OAuth, and API troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Mandatory Skills: GCP, Support Delivery Management
