Job Summary
Provide full-scope anesthesia care across general, orthopedic, OB, urology, pediatrics, ENT, vascular, pain, cath lab, and IR cases in a community hospital setting. Manage independent CRNA practice with rotating call responsibilities and diverse case mix. Deliver anesthesia care utilizing paper charting within a supportive leadership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
- Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred
