Job Summary
Manage diverse anesthesia cases including general, orthopedic, endo/GI, urology, ENT, podiatry, and occasional healthy pediatrics and spine. Deliver optimal patient care while adapting to changing clinical situations and interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Maintain current NBCRNA certification and hold valid Texas RN and CRNA licenses, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Regional anesthesia proficiency is highly preferred, though training is available. Join a collaborative team of four CRNAs and one MD with a manageable 1:4 call rotation. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesia cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
