Job Summary
Conduct general, neuro, ENT, urology, orthopedic, and cath Level III anesthesia cases with low call burden, including primary call 1-2 times monthly. Manage anesthesia for diverse patient populations with proficiency in regional techniques, which are available for training. Deliver optimal patient care while interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Maintain current NBCRNA certification, unrestricted Texas RN and CRNA licenses, and BLS/ACLS credentials. Minimum of 0-1 years of CRNA experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA
- Proficiency in regional, general ortho, neuro and cath cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS and ACLS certifications
