Job Summary
Conduct anesthesia management across general, orthopedic, GI, OB/GYN, ENT, urology, endoscopy, CV, neuro, and vascular cases as part of the OR call team. Manage daily staffing for the hospital and outpatient centers within a collaborative group of 25 CRNAs and 9 MDs. Maintain 1:12 call ratio with required weekday and weekend call coverage, earning $750 weekday or $2,500 weekend pay. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA
- Proficiency in various anesthesiology cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS and ACLS certifications
