Job Summary
Design and execute the Capacity Planning model for warehouse and distribution center operations, internalizing world-class analytical tools. Calculate and project exact resource needs (FTEs, machinery, positions) weekly, daily, and by shift to balance capacity with demand. Identify inbound and outbound operational bottlenecks, proposing data-driven productivity improvements. Rapidly adjust capacity projections before market fluctuations or commercial actions to protect service levels. Manage logistics operators (3PL) and utilize WMS/TMS tools. Requires mobility to travel between distribution centers. Schedule is hybrid: three days at the distribution center (South Zone), one day at the office (Nuñez), and one remote day.

- Experiencia gestionando operadores logísticos (3PL)
- Movilidad propia para poder trasladarse a los diferentes centros de distribución
- Esquema hibrido 4x1: 3 veces por semana a Centro de Distribución (Zona Sur), 1 vez a la oficina (Nuñez) y 1 día remoto
