Job Summary
Lead launch excellence (LEx) planning and execution for new vaccine products, establishing readiness milestones, accountability frameworks, and timelines across medical, regulatory, commercial, and supply functions. Develop go-to-market strategies and roadmaps including customer segmentation, channel, pricing, and access plans while monitoring post-launch performance against KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional project planning and portfolio assessment for the China market, providing full business proposals with sales forecasts and risk analysis to support management decisions. Maintain the 10-year Country Strategy Plan (CSP) exercise by preparing forecasts, analyzing competitive landscapes, and updating the CSP database. Collect and analyze market intelligence on policy changes and local manufacturer capacity to generate actionable business insights and regular summary reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or related fields
- At least 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry
- Strong background in marketing, market strategy, or new product planning
- Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to at least 2 successful vaccine or biologics product launches in China
- Hands-on experience in launch excellence (LEx) planning, launch readiness assessment, and go-to-market execution for pharmaceutical or vaccine products
- Familiar with existing medical and biological products regulations and policies in China
- Deep knowledge of vaccine products and China/global market landscape
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder launch processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
