Job Summary
As a VW Automotive Sales Representative, you will be the face of our luxury brands, guiding clients through one of the most exciting purchases with professionalism, confidence, and emotional intelligence. You will build meaningful, long-term relationships, conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations, develop expertise across Porsche, Land Rover, BMW, Cadillac, Volvo, MINI, and Volkswagen product lines, promote financing and protection products to enhance ownership experience and client retention, and generate repeat and referral business through outstanding follow-up. You will maintain brand certifications and product knowledge while collaborating with teammates and leadership to achieve performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required; luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
