Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of homeowners' associations by providing legal, technical, and financial support for their meetings, decision-making, and reporting. Act as the primary contact point for association members, neighborhood staff, contractors, and insurers while coordinating evening meetings during the peak season from February to June. Optimize frameworks, workflows, and additional services to improve operational standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Leverage analytical thinking to proactively contribute to better frameworks and consistent agreements with VvE's. Work a 36-hour week with a four-day option, earning between €4,360 and €5,733 gross, with a full-time contract offering a development budget and flexible benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van vastgoed.
- Kennis van en ervaring met het beheer van Verenigingen van Eigenaren.
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving aangevuld met financiële en technische kennis.
- Kennis van en ervaring met additionele dienstverlening.
- Een klant- en resultaatgerichte instelling.
- Analytisch denkvermogen en een oplossingsgerichte houding.
