Job Summary
Vulcanizing Technician needed for full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) at HydraPak Seals Inc. The role involves preparing materials and work orders for hot rubber vulcanizing, interpreting drawings/work orders to pull the correct materials, maintaining shop organization and inventory, learning to operate CNC vulcanizing presses, buffing/cleaning parts after vulcanizing, and assisting supervisors with shop-improvement projects. Training is provided for drilling, grinding, and pressing as required. Strong math, communication, and mechanical aptitude are essential.
