Job Summary
Manage daily Video Teleconference Center operations by scheduling external site meetings, troubleshooting SCIF equipment, and executing repairs or initiating support tickets for external components. Conduct routine performance testing on servers and workstations to ensure optimal capacity, while performing setups, adjustments, and closeout procedures for scheduled global conferences. Provide client consulting and training on audio/visual control interfaces and equipment usage. Requires a Bachelor's degree, active TS/SCI clearance, and 5-8 years of experience supporting DISA JSP centers. Full-time role in Washington, DC with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
