Job Summary
Monitor live VTC sessions, hardware, and conferences using Cisco TMS and CMS to preemptively identify audio/video issues. Act as the first responder for Tier I-III support, providing immediate remote assistance via VNC Viewer or TMS and in-person technical help when required. Schedule and manage local and remote AV/VTC events, including room reservations across NCE Campus East and West, while resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating JWICS sessions for external agencies. Perform new hardware installations, implement software/firmware upgrades, and modify existing setups across multiple vendor models. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex escalations and leverage the Service Plus ticketing system to track trends and recommend system improvements. Develop and maintain operational documentation and troubleshooting guides for support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- AA or AS degree
- DOD 8140 IAT Level II compliance or higher
- Security+ Certification
- 3+ years of progressive experience in A/V operations, IT support, or VTC administration
- Hands-on experience with Tele-presence Management Suite (TMS), CMS, VNC Viewer, Service Plus Ticketing System, and multi-vendor collaboration endpoints
- Proficiency with devices from manufacturers such as AMX, Extron, Creston, and planar
