Job Summary
Monitor VTC sessions for senior leaders and support DLA Information Operations through active and passive call monitoring using TMS, CMS, and CMM. Serve as the first point of contact for SBC/CUBE and SIP-related incidents, performing Tier 1 triage by gathering logs, verifying symptoms, and documenting issues without performing configuration changes. Observe and document engineering-led maintenance, testing, and development activities while maintaining documentation, quick-start guides, and weekly status inputs. Provide administrative support for AV/VTC equipment, coordinate with content owners for IPTV and digital signage publishing, and assist with E911 provisioning and validation. Work 24/7 under general supervision, with requirements for three years of progressive IT experience in VTC operations, an Information Assurance and Computing Environment certification, and an IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience in the Video Teleconferencing or collaboration operations arena
- Experience in deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting VTCs and collaboration services in a dynamic 24/7 environment
- Experience in administrative support for SBC/CUBE monitoring
- Experience in SIP call flow observation
- Experience in IPTV/digital signage publishing workflows
- Experience in AV system support
- An Information Assurance (IA) baseline certification
- A Computing Environment (CE) certification
- IA: CompTIA Security+ AND CE: Cisco CCST Networking
- An IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at the time of proposal submission
- Must be able to work overtime to support security remediations, unexpected issues, or overseas mission requirements
