Job Summary
Coordinate and support State Committee volunteers by tracking compliance, managing member data in EventPLUS and MMS, and facilitating administrative tasks for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program. Provide logistical coordination for training events, manage government purchase card actions, and validate financial reports against annual spending plans. Assist volunteers with IT access, ethics regulations, and award nominations while ensuring accurate documentation of volunteer hours and travel reimbursements. Work in close coordination with State Chairs and HQ leadership to execute outreach missions and maintain system accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- High School Diploma
- five (5) years of working experience in a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of working experience
- at least two (2) years of program management support
- customer service support

- Be a US Citizen
- Possess a Valid State Driver's License
- Ability to pass a Tier 3 (T3) Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Background Investigation
- Comply with a regular five (5) day work week schedule
- occasional flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend events
- Some travel required
- Have familiarity with the National Guard and Reserve Component Organizations
- Have familiarity with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) of 1994
