VST Supervisor

Oversee inventory, verify counts, manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers to optimize pricing, process vendor invoices, maintain records, ensure safety and compliance, supervise staff, and participate in trainings at CONFIRE EMS. Maintain on-hand inventory at the Central Operations Center, engage with operations to keep station inventory lists current, and ensure proper storage and handling of administrative and ambulance supplies. Demonstrate professionalism, meet deadlines, and ensure adherence to company policies while handling multiple projects and certifications such as background checks and drug screening as required. Maintain accurate records, organize vendor invoices, and support cost control and supply chain efficiency.
