Engage with diverse patients across the team, offering personalized assistance during their hospitalization. Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor while demonstrating strong empathy and the ability to immerse yourself in patients' situations. No medical background is required, though fluent Dutch proficiency is essential for these interactions. Commit to a minimum of three hours per week on Saturdays.
