Job Summary
Support residents with financial questions regarding benefits, taxes, allowances, debts, and municipal regulations. Draft objection or request letters. Gather information from external parties. Provide guidance and support to individuals facing financial instability, including those dealing with homelessness or rising debts. Participate in practical training and workshops to develop skills in the socio-legal domain. Maintain an unbiased approach while helping vulnerable people in the Utrecht region.
Required Qualifications
- Werkervaring in het sociaal juridische domein
- Affiniteit met het werken met kwetsbare personen
- Onbevooroordeeld zijn
- Zelfstandig werken
- Resultaat- en oplossingsgericht zijn
- Prioriteiten stellen
- Duidelijke communicatie
- Goed beheersen van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Bereidheid om scholing en begeleidingsbijeenkomsten te volgen
- Mogelijkheid om een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aan te vragen
