Job Summary
VRF HVAC Technician needed to install VRF systems per manufacturer specs and local codes, collaborate with project managers and trades, perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair VRF issues, test system performance, document installations/repairs, provide clear explanations to clients, and uphold safety protocols. Requires strong understanding of HVAC principles, refrigerants, electrical systems, proficiency with diagnostic tools/software, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend and on-call availability may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in HVAC or a related field preferred
- Valid HVAC certification or license
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair, with specific experience in VRF systems preferred
