Conduct time and motion studies, define layout configurations, and calculate maximum and minimum internal packaging inventory levels. Establish 5S standards for pilot lines and analyze Pareto data for third and fourth-level efficiency losses. Operate as a part-time trainee within the VPS Manager organization, supporting site operations through data-driven process optimization.
