VPS Manager - Lean / Manufacturing Excelance

Organize daily meetings with the internal VPS network, validate SDP of APU VPS, and lead workshops to coach engineers on applying VPS tools and methodologies. Challenge VPS design specifications, manage maintenance of VPS tools through audits, and prepare weekly Site/Plant committee minutes. Accelerate progress by sharing best practices across APUs and supply chains, while managing the VPS budget and monitoring results via lean reporting. Ensure VPS deployment across all APUs and logistic departments, supporting the Site/Plant Manager in maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
