Job Summary
Manage the deployment of V5000 VPS within the APU, including organizing annual VSA workshops and leading weekly VPS committee meetings. Coach APU members on VPS tools and methodologies through on-the-job training while ensuring standards are applied properly across new projects. Detect and react to non-conformances against VPS standards, maintain VPS tools via audits, and prepare the APU budget concerning VPS targets. Lead improvement proposals and promote VPS principles to ensure a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
