VPK Teacher

VPK Teacher at Primrose School of Avalon Park focused on fostering curiosity, creativity and compassion in young learners. Collaborates with a Co-Teacher to implement the Balanced Learning curriculum, adapting lessons to meet each child where they are, and supports development across language and literacy, science, life skills, social-emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical domains. Builds genuine relationships with each child, maintains a well-kept classroom, and helps children grow through multi-sensory experiences and guided exploration. The role emphasizes creating a safe, engaging environment and providing tools and training to be successful within the Balanced Learning framework, enabling children to develop kindergarten readiness skills and a lifelong love of learning.
