VPK Lead Teacher

As a Lead VPK Teacher, you’ll create fun, interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines, company standards, and VPK program requirements. Must be at least 18 with CDA or an associates+ in education or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate; experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans; able to meet state and center education requirements; able to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children; Florida background screening required.
