VPK Lead Teacher

Plan, assess, and instruct 4-year-olds based on individual needs and program requirements. Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children through classroom management and curriculum implementation. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Maintain expertise on licensing guidelines, company standards, and VPK program requirements. This role requires a CDA, associate degree, or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate, along with experience leading classrooms and creating lesson plans. Candidates must be energetic, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
