VPK Lead Teacher

Plan, assess, and instruct children based on individual needs and program requirements while developing fun, interactive learning experiences. Mentor fellow teachers, manage the classroom, and implement curriculum in compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers while building relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, classroom leadership experience, and the ability to lead physically active indoor and outdoor activities. Prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond as change makers who are curious, inventive, and open-hearted.
