Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow; implementing the proprietary LEAP Curriculum with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children; maintaining a safe, nurturing environment; communicating regularly with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions; partnering with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals; and fostering relationships with families and coworkers to promote a dynamic, growth-focused learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- one year of professional teaching experience
- associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required)
